Who to Ask, Depending on Your Question
Enrolling in a program
Ask about start dates, clock hours and what a typical class day looks like. Our cosmetology, barber, nail technician, facial specialist and full specialist pages answer most of it in advance.
Paying for your program
Federal aid, VA benefits, Vocational Rehabilitation and financing plans are handled by our financial aid staff. Start with the financial aid page, then call to book an appointment.

What are The Beauty Institute’s hours?
The Beauty Institute is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Evening hours run late on class days, so calling after 5:00 p.m. on a Monday through Thursday is usually the easiest time to reach someone.
Where is the West Palm Beach campus located?
Our campus is at 2215 North Military Trail #I, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. We are on North Military Trail, which puts us within a short drive of Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County.
How quickly will someone reply to the contact form?
Please allow 24 hours for a reply to a message sent through the form on this page. If you need an answer sooner than that, call (561) 688-0225 during our Monday through Thursday hours instead of waiting on email.
When is the best time of day to reach someone?
Because classes run into the evening, the phones are staffed across a long day. Monday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. will reach someone; late afternoon tends to be quietest. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
What forms of payment does the school accept?
The Beauty Institute accepts all major credit cards. If you are asking about tuition specifically, financing plans, federal aid, VA benefits and scholarships are covered on our financial aid page.
Can I contact you about salon services rather than enrolling?
Yes. Our student salon is open to the public and is a separate conversation from enrolling. See salon services for what our students offer under instructor supervision, then call the same number to book.
