Accreditation ensures the highest standard in cosmetology and barber education. We have achieved the highest level of recognition from NACCAS.
We are also recognized by the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs and the U.S. Department of Education, and we are proud to offer financial aid and scholarships to those who qualify.
How do you apply to The Beauty Institute?To begin the application process for any of our barbering, cosmetology, facial specialty, hair braiding or nail technology programs, you will need to call 561-688-0225 for our office to set up your initial appointment.
You will meet with a career advisor to discuss class schedules, cost, and financial aid.
We offer a 4 day schedule of Monday through Thursday that allows you the flexibility of attending day or evening classes. Please give us a call and we will gladly give you the details!
Our student body is extremely diverse in age, background, and culture. We have people from all different backgrounds from all over the world, which makes for a very exciting learning experience.
The training is held in English, but we are willing to consider special accommodations such as allowing for support tools, like translation dictionaries to assist you in getting better in English.
We have a team of financial aid advisors to assist you in applying for funding through Pell grants, scholarships, and more. We also have individualized payment plans to make payments easier. Call our financial aid office and we will work it through together.

Yes! The Beauty Institute is an approved vendor of the State of Florida Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
The Beauty Institute has programs to assist student graduates to be fully prepared to take the Florida Board of Barbering and Cosmetology exams for licensure. Our overall pass rate of the State Board Exam is approximately 89%.
The salons at each of our campuses offer a wide array of services for the general public at reduced prices. Each service is performed by one of our students, under the watchful eye of an instructor. Everything from a basic hair cut to a full color is available, as well as facials and nail services. In addition, many of our graduates go on to be salon and barber shop owners, thereby creating employment opportunities for future graduates.
